Insurance:

I am an out of network provider, meaning I do not work with insurance companies. You may opt to submit superbills to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement, which I can provide to you upon request.

I accept payments via credit/debit cards and Health Savings Accounts. I am also a provider on Spring Health, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that many companies partner with. You can your workplace’s mental health benefits to see if you qualify.

Full payment is due at the start of each session unless other arrangements are made in advance. I am happy to provide you with a receipt which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many insurance companies will cover a portion of the session fee for therapy services as an out of network provider, however, I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed.

DISCLAIMER: These estimates may change as the treatment progresses and are not a guarantee of treatment frequency, length or cost. Your signature does not require you to receive psychotherapy services from me.

Good Faith Estimate

When we start to work together, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of the cost of therapy. This prevents any surprise bills. Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, you have the right to receive a GFE explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.  You have the right to receive a GFE for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a GFE before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your GFE.
