Therapy for Grief and Loss

All loss invites grief in, no matter how prepared or willing we are to be with it.

Whether you are weathering the loss of a person, a place, a pet, a part of yourself, a relationship or a combination, your body needs a sacred space to practice being with the grief that feels too big, overwhelming, devastating or buried beneath outside responsibility.

Like all emotional experience, grief needs to know it is welcome in order to enter and be processed.

Grief work with me is gentle, creative work that is centered on:

  • honoring grief as a necessary and sacred part of being human that deserves it’s own space, time and attention

  • connecting with your body as a source of movement, support, knowing and meaning making

  • integrating your grief into your life and your newly forming identity
